CARMEL SWING DRESS

This baby doll style dress has a full skirt and textured, ribbed fabric. The puffy, 3/4 sleeves have elastic and ties at neck. Sizing is true but you could size down with a smaller bust. Model is 5’6” and wearing her true size - medium.
