This oversized top has paint splotch pattern of navy, mint, khaki and turquoise. Fabric is silky soft but is stretchy and has some weight. Sleeves are cuffed with ruching and hit about 3/4. You can easily push up or pulled down sleeves. Sizing is generous but style is flowy. Model is wearing a small/medium.
